Payment card details are processed securely by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.

We use your information to deliver your courses, issue and verify certificates, process payments and invoices, provide support, send service messages about your CPD and account, and improve our services. We will never sell your personal data to third parties.
Certificates and verification
Certificates carry your name, the course title, CPD hours and a unique certificate number. If an employer or regulator asks us to verify a certificate, we confirm only that the certificate number, name and course match our records.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you have the right to access, correct, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to marketing at any time.
