Course access
Upon successful payment you receive lifetime access to your purchased courses and any associated certificates. Courses are licensed for the named learner only and may not be shared, resold or used to train others without a team licence.
Payments, invoices & refunds
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Team bookings may be paid by invoice. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee — if you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided a certificate has not yet been issued for the course.
Certificates & CPD
Certificates are issued on successful completion of the course assessment and state the course aims, objectives, learning outcomes and CPD hours. Registrants are responsible for recording CPD in their own GDC record and for ensuring courses are relevant to their field of practice. Our career courses are not regulated qualifications and do not by themselves confer GDC registration.
Clinical content
Course content is educational and reflects UK guidance at the time of publication. It does not replace your practice's own policies, your indemnity provider's advice or hands-on training where that is required (for example practical CPR/BLS).
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, share assessment answers or infringe our intellectual property rights.
